This journey has led her to document her pursuit of finding fun through posting travel and lifestyle content on Instagram. And now she runs a UGC content production business for brands and local businesses.

After more than a decade building, growing, buying, and selling online businesses, Chelsea saw a major gap in the industry. Creators were building valuable assets but had no clear path to liquidity, ownership, or long-term wealth. Traditional advice focused on starting from scratch, chasing platforms, or relying on brand deals. Very few people were talking about exits.
Today, Chelsea is known for reframing online businesses as digital real estate. She teaches creators how to stop treating their work like a hobby and start treating it like an asset. Through Niche Investor, she connects buyers and sellers of websites, newsletters, and digital brands, and shows business owners how to grow with an exit in mind instead of burning out. Her work focuses on helping people skip the slow startup phase, step into established businesses, and build wealth through ownership rather than hustle. Chelsea is especially passionate about empowering women to create financial independence through digital assets that compound over time.
